The Galaxy S26 Series is expected to be launched early next year (January 2026), and new rumors won’t stop coming up.

A new rumor that recently came in concerns the Galaxy S26 Ultra Battery and Charging Speed. According to a tipster on X, the Galaxy S26 Ultra could come with a bigger battery than it’s predecessor, the S26 Ultra will come with a 5,500mAh battery compared to the 5,000mAh that we’ve been seeing for some time.

That’s a nice increase, but does not look like much considering most Chinese brands have smartphones with 6,000 or even 7,000 mAh.

Apart from the Galaxy S26 Ultra Battery, it’s also said to support 65W charging, this is the first time that a Galaxy smartphone will pass the 45W Threshold. While the battery will increase, it’s said it will be thinner than it’s predecessor.

While we don’t yet know what will change in terms of charging time and how much it will improve that, but it’s good news nevertheless. We’re also looking forward to finding out how much a Samsung 65W charger will cost, as naturally there won’t be any such item in the phone’s box.
