Galaxy S26 Ultra To Sacrifice One Of It’s Rear Cameras For Bigger Battery
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is almost a year away, but new rumors keep flooding in. It is expected that Samsung will make some significant changes in their next year flagship.

A new rumor has surfaced about the Galaxy S26 Ultra Camera and it claims that the Galaxy 26 Ultra might have one less rear camera than predecessors. Its setup may feature three sensors on the back, not four, like the current and past models.
This rumor is based on a prototype of the Galaxy S26 Ultra and is being tested.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra Camera prototype is said to have a 200 megapixel primary sensor along with a 50 megapixel ultrawide lens and a 200 megapixel 4x optical zoom sensor. The absence of another zoom lens might be backed up by another rumor which claimed Samsung would reintroduce variable aperture with the Galaxy S26 primary sensor.
This prototype which is being tested is said to have a Bluetooth functionality for the S pen, which will be different from the S25 Ultra.
The battery for this prototype S26 Ultra is said to be a stacked 5,500 mAh battery. This supports some reports which claims the S26 Ultra will go beyond the 5,000 mAh battery and some even claiming it will using a silicon carbon battery and provide a 6,000 mAh battery. While all these are good to hear, we should take more that they are still rumors.
